The packages are starting points for a conversation, not an online checkout or a final project agreement. Your written proposal sets out the pages, features, price, timing and terms for your project before you commit.
Your free preview
The free offer is a homepage design preview for your business, not a completed multi-page website, a live launch or a transfer of source files. We agree the preview brief first. You can decide not to proceed without paying for the preview. The full website and ongoing service are paid work.
Prices and scope
Displayed prices are indicative starting prices in Australian dollars. The first three months are paid upfront, then billing becomes monthly. There is no minimum commitment beyond the first three months. At the displayed starting rates, the initial payment is $447 for Launch, $747 for Grow or $1,197 for Studio. The written proposal confirms the total payable, GST treatment and when the first payment is due before you agree. Cancellation notice and handover arrangements are set out in that agreement.
Extra pages and custom integrations are scoped separately. Domain registration and renewal, business email, paid providers and ongoing SEO content or ranking work are separate from the website packages unless included in your proposal.
Edits and ongoing care
Hosting and technical upkeep are included. Launch includes 1 initial design revision round and up to 15 minutes of small content edits per month; Grow includes 2 rounds and up to 45 minutes; Studio includes 3 rounds and up to 90 minutes. The higher-plan allowance replaces the lower-plan allowance rather than adding to it.
A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback on the agreed design. Small content edits cover supplied text, hours, contact details and replacement photos on existing pages. Extra pages, integrations and larger changes are quoted separately. The written proposal confirms the arrangements for support.
Ownership and handover
Ownership, third-party licences, account access, handover and what happens if you end the service are agreed in writing before work starts.
